Source III's vector translation product: VTRAN provides a critical link between todays simulation/DFT/ATPG tools and device testers. Simulation vector files created by these tools can be easily translated into test programs for a wide variety of device testers with VTRAN. VTRAN supports multiple timesets as well as scan vector data during these translations. A comprehensive set of canned readers allow VTRAN to read all of the popular vector formats in common use today including WGL, VCD, STIL and many more.
